This was a very special shoot today. I have a friend that knows this amazing woman, and I’ve heard so much about her. I’ve heard how fun, positive, and strong she is, stories from college, and stories about her life recently. I hope you don’t mind, Jami, if I share a little bit of your story. Jami and her husband Kameron have been married for just over 5 years. They have a sweet and super cute little boy named Kason (who took a little while to warm up to me.) Just over a month ago, Kameron lost a long and hard battle with Lupus. You can look at their family blog HERE to read more on their family. Please do what little you can in helping them out. There is a benefit blog HERE set up with a link to a bank account for Jami and Kason.
After talking with my friend about Jami and hearing more stories about her, I thought it would be fun to have a day of feeling like a beautiful woman and getting some cute pictures of her and her boy. I’m sure with everything that has been going on, Jami doesn’t have much time to focus and do something for herself and everyone needs to do that every so often. Today we started off with having my absolutley fabulous hair dresser (of over 9 years… she’s the best!) do Jami’s hair. Her name is Darcy Allen and she works in Mesa. Email me if you need an amazing hair dresser. Then we followed it up with getting her makeup done by the one and only Chelsee Hunt. Chelsee and I do a lot of work together and she can make you look stunning! If you have any special occasion coming up or just want to feel gorgeous one day, I highly recommend you give her a call… you’ll thank me.
Anyway, then we had our little photo shoot. Kason turned into Mr. shy guy and wouldn’t fall for any of my dancing moves or singing. One thing that never fails is tickles from mom! He sure adores his mom and they have such a cute relationship. Ok… enough right?! Onto some pictures.

I love this picture for the fact that I DID NOT pose this at all! This was still when Mr. Kason was not going to give in to anything I had in mind and he was going to do his own thing. …I think his own thing turned out pretty cute.

I love these pruney feet. We sent this kid home soaking wet! He did love that water though.

I turned around and saw this sign on the wall and thought it fit this little family perfectly! Jami and Kason are starting their own adventures and are going to kick it off with a big one. I think some good and happy memories are “just around the corner” for them. Good luck with your move and all the new fun things coming your way. Our prayers are with you two. Thank you Jami for letting me spend time with you and your little man. I loved getting to know you and think we are going to become seriously great friends.

And to give you a heads up… there will be a giveaway coming up this week.
